The Brighton Heights Citizens Federation is a not for profit. all volunteer organization. We are always looking for new people to lend a hand, staff the office for a few hours, stuff some envelopes, help with an event,water or weed one of our gardens, help with fundraising ideas, join committees — do what they are good at and enjoy doing.
For instance, our OFFICE STEWARDS are volunteers who keep office hours every Friday from 10AM – 2PM. We are looking for two additional volunteers to begin TUESDAY office hours from 10AM – 2PM. Interested? Use the contact form below to let us know!
We have quite a few committees and all of them welcome new faces!
The following committees that meet on a monthly basis:
Housing Committee, meets every first Wednesday of the month @6:00PM.
Gardens and Green Space Committee, meets almost every 2nd Monday of the month @ 7:30PM and other weekend and evening garden weeding and watering days.
Communications Committee, meets every last Monday of the month @6:30PM.
