Approximately 45 enthusiastic runners and walkers participated in the 17th annual BHCF 5K Fun Run. On a beautiful autumn morning, this years participants walked and ran the grueling 5K Riverview Park loop.
 
Best overall awards went to Garrett Cooper with a time of 18:25 and Lauren Bradford, of Brighton Heights, with a time of 25:46. Lisa Stoeckle won the award for best time for a Brighton Heights female while Adam Majcher took the award for the best time for a Brighton Heights male.
