General Membership Meetings of the Federation shall be held on the second Thursday of the months of January, March, May, September, and November at the Brighton-McClure Presbyterian Church on the corner of Brighton Road and Benton Ave. Half of the Board is elected in the month of November each year for a two year term.  The January meeting shall also be the meeting at which newly elected officers and/or directors are installed.
