Volunteers Needed for Childcare during General Membership Meetings

Happy New Years to the residents of Brighton Heights! As we kick off a new year of General Membership meetings we would like to offer childcare during the meeting. We are looking for volunteers who have experience with children and who could play and keep children busy in the hallway just behind the auditorium while the meeting is taking place.

The persons helping with the children should be a known community member, who has volunteered in the past with the BHCF, and is trusted by others in the neighborhood.  This role is very important for engaging with children and helping grow the active population of parents in the federation.

We hope this suggestion for childcare is exciting for those parents looking to get involved but haven’t had the opportunity in the past, or perhaps now you can attend the general meetings with your partner – date night!

Interested? Know someone who might be? Use the contact form below to get in touch!
